What a blessing it is to have healthy kids. Sure, we have allergies, colds, sickness, and the like... but we have the good blessing of health in that we can recover from our illnesses. I'm sure it's a fear of many parents and families to have a truly sick child. Say a prayer today for all families who love and care for sick children.
Although the little boy I linked to above does not have an autoimmune disease, I just wanted to add on here that May 2007 is National Autoimmune Diseases Awareness Month.
