It really made me miss my Nana. She would have loved a place like that. She really made Christmas a fun time for all of us. If you ever get a chance to visit the Gaylord Texan or Opryland at Christmastime, I hope you appreciate the decorations and festive spirit as much as I did.
There is a big ice slide that the girls enjoyed (except for Lindsey, who was too short to go on it). I think the girls would have stayed on the slide until their hineys were frozen if it was up to them.
Here is a photo of us having hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies at the coffee shop. It wasn't to warm up, though, since the trek to the coffee shop was a workout in itself in chasing and/or carrying Lindsey.
