This is a typical joke from my Dear Hannah--
Hannah: Knock-knock, Mommy
Me: Who's there?
Hannah: Mee-mo cake donkey
Me: Mee-mo cake donkey who?
Hannah: (whispering--Mommy, what rhymes with Mee-mo cake donkey)
AND THEN...
I told Hannah that I was going to go to the bathroom for a few minutes. I said, "If you hear someone knocking at the door, do NOT let them in."
Hannah replied, "Right! If it was a duck and a bear I could NOT let them in."
